The rental fee for parking space at the Montgomery County Farm Women's Cooperative located
at 7155 Wisconsin Ave, Bethesda, maryland for Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays is $60.00 per month.
The monthly fee for parking is paypable in advance and must be received by W.E.J. Associates Inc. no later than 5th day of the month. W.E.J. Associates Inc. reserves the right to assess late payment charges and fees for returned checks.
Vehicle parking is available on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays until 5 P.M. There is no parking allowed on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
An access key card will be issued for a fee of $10. The replacement cost for a key card is $10. Upon termination of this agreement the customer shall return access key card for a $10 reimbursement.
Parking is at your own risk. W.E.J. Associates Inc. is not responsible for any valuables left in vehicles while parked in the parking lot. The customer hereby agrees to hold W.E.J. Associates Inc. harmless for any losses resulting therefrom.
This agreement may be terminated by either party only by notifying the other party in writing.
The customer is returned to notify W.E. J. Associates Inc. of any changes in the following vehicle information.
